Terms and Conditions for all Workshops
Please note that tickets are non-refundable. However, in the unforeseen situation whereby the event has to be cancelled by either the Workshop Leader, Event Organiser (Busy Rascals), or the venue where the event if being held, refunds will be given to all ticketholders. Please note that refunds can take 7 working days to process.
As tickets are otherwise non-refundable, ticketholders are welcome to sell their tickets on should they find that they can no longer attend. We kindly ask ticketholders to advise the change of name should this happen. Please email Sharmine at events@busyrascals.com with the name of the event, name of the new ticketholder and “Change of Ticket Holder” as the subject of the email.
Subject to our terms and conditions, we do offer transfer of tickets to another date should you no longer be able to attend if you inform us via email to event@busyrascals.com more than 7 days before the date of the event. However this needs to be agreed with Busy Rascals prior to non-attendance and entails a £10 admin fee per ticket and is subject to availability of the same workshop on another date within 6 months. Unfortunately we cannot transfer tickets 7 days or less prior to the event.
Please note that some of our events are one off events and so this may not be possible for transfer to another date so we would encourage ticket holders to sell their ticket on in circumstances where they are unable to attend.
By buying a ticket for our events you automatically give us consent that you will be added to our mailing list of upcoming events and your contact details will also be shared with our workshop facilitator of this event for their mailing list and that you may appear in videos or pictures taken of this event to be used in our marketing material and social media channels.
If for any reason you wish to opt out, please email us within 24hrs of purchasing your ticket or 24hrs before event (whichever is the soonest) at optout@busyrascals.com. You can also opt out from newsletters received from clicking on the opt out option at the bottom of the email.
